I have decided that I want to give this brief more direction as to its objective - other than being a retail and branding project. I want to use the Ponya brand as a jump of point to raise awareness about Pandas facing extinction. I don't necessarily want to link it to one charity, rather promote all the charities through the retail of Ponya products. The theme of the brand is simply love of Pandas so I think that this additional consideration fits really well. I am considering that a percentage of each purchase will go towards a panda charity. These are the three main Panda charities I have researched; Panda trust, Pandas International and the WWF (which I worked for for a while).

So far I have created one illustration for the Ponya brand that has been applied to a set of 11 bags. Now I am looking at expanding the range - to eventually be exhibited on an online shop that I will also design. I am considering stationary, gifting,  home ware, accessories and possibly apparel.

These are some products that I think would fit the brand - simplistic, monochromatic and could be used as a basis for my designs or a template for a mock up later on for the products that I don't manage to make myself. The way that these products are presented and photographed reflects the way I want to display the Ponya product range.
